Central Carolina Home Inspections, LLC was established in Spring of 2016. It is managed by Jeffrey Howard, an experienced professional with over 15 years in the building industry who has a passion for helping those in his community. Jeff got his start building homes when he was in high school, volunteering for building mission trips through his church, and volunteering with Orange County Habitat for Humanity. Jeff eventually was promoted to Crew Leader when he was a Junior in high school, and would spend his Saturday’s teaching other volunteers how to build a house. Jeff went on to obtain a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. While in college, Jeff worked for KB Home, a popular residential construction company. After graduating Jeff was hired as a Project Manager/Estimator for a commercial general contractor in Durham, NC.
After volunteering for a local fire department for two and a half years, Jeff decided to follow a passion for helping those in his community, and joined the fire service full time. He is now a Captain with a local municipal fire department, and works to serve the community he lives in with enthusiasm and dedication.
As an experienced professional in both the fire service and the construction industry, Jeff Howard brings a unique perspective by blending building knowledge with fire safety and prevention when he completes a home inspection. While passionate about his work with the fire department, Jeff shares that his first love was building homes, and is excited that when he’s not serving his community at the fire department, Central Carolina Home Inspections, LLC will be able to help potential home owners find their future home.
Jeff Howard’s North Carolina Home Inspector License number is 3672. Jeff is a proud member of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and is a Certified Home Inspector.
